Departure Time:  

Meet Friday (1/22) at 5:30 at the Church.  Depart at 6:00. 

Return Time:  

Sunday 1/24 at 12:30 at the Church. 

Cost:  

$15 plus money for McDonalds (if time allows)
No charge for Webelos

COVID Precautions:

We will be following the BSA and Department of Health guidelines as our safety plan. Everyone should sleep in separate tents and no stacking hammocks. 

Everyone will be expected to have a mask and wear it when needed. 

Food will be individually purchased and cooked separately from others.   We will not be utilizing patrol boxes so bring your own utensils and anything that you require for your meals. 

Please have a conversation with your scout before departure so that the rules are clearly understood. 

Packing List: 

COVID Mask
Tent or hammock for Friday night
Materials for building a shelter (rope, tarps, etc).

Food: 

Eat supper before you arrive on Friday. 

Cooking over an open fire is encouraged, but not required.  The Troop will have cast iron cookware available for scouts to use.

Each scout will be responsible for providing their own food for the following meals: 
Saturday Breakfast (Hot or Cold)
Saturday Lunch
Saturday Supper
Sunday Breakfast (Cold)
Money for McDonald’s on Sunday.

Weather: 

Lows in the 30’s.  Highs in the upper 40’s.  Possible rain Sunday morning.

Schedule:

Friday
5:30 – Meet at church, pack trailers.
6:00 – Depart from church.
Setup Camp

Saturday
Outdoor Competitions
Shelter Building
Cooking over open fires
Scout Skills

Sunday
6:00 – Wakeup, Breakfast
9:00 – Camp cleaned up and trailers loaded. 
9:15 – Chapel.
10:15 – Depart with goal of stopping at McDonalds
12:30 – Arrive at church.
